2. Medical Services Disclaimer
Opal Dental Clinic is not a registered healthcare provider in the United Kingdom. All medical and dental services are delivered by independent third-party dental providers abroad (e.g., Turkey). The information on our Site, emails, and WhatsApp messages is not medical advice and does not replace an in-person clinical consultation. We do not guarantee treatment suitability, outcomes, or prices. Your treatment contract is exclusively with the selected dental service provider.
3. Booking Fees & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee may be charged once you confirm a treatment package with a dental provider. This fee covers administrative costs, service coordination, and ongoing patient support. If you cancel within 14 days of confirming your booking, you may be entitled to a refund under UK consumer law, unless services have already commenced. If we have begun providing services at your request, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs from any refund.
Payment for treatment must be made directly to the provider or clinic abroad. Opal Dental Clinic is not responsible for any payment issues or card processing fees incurred at the provider’s location.
4. Travel and Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for arranging your travel to the destination country, including flights, visas, passports, vaccinations, accommodation, and compliance with entry requirements. Opal Dental Clinic does not arrange international travel and is not liable for travel-related disruptions or missed treatment appointments.
5. Consultations and Treatment
Planning Initial consultations are conducted remotely via email, WhatsApp, or telephone and are based on information or photographs you provide. All treatment plans and pricing are provisional until confirmed by a clinical examination performed by the provider abroad. We do not guarantee accuracy or consistency between remote assessments and final clinical findings.
6. Service Scope and Provider Relationship
Opal Dental Clinic acts as a facilitator, introducing patients to licensed third-party dental providers. We assist with communication, scheduling, and information exchange but are not party to the medical treatment agreement between you and the provider. We do not accept liability for any aspect of dental care or treatment outcomes.
7. Non-Disparagement
By using our services, you agree not to publicly disparage Opal Dental Clinic for any dissatisfaction relating to clinical treatment or service outcomes provided by third-party dental providers. Any complaints about treatment should be directed to the provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opal Dental Clinic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from medical or travel services delivered by third parties. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Intellectual Property

13. Complaints Handling

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 28 days. Treatment-related complaints should be addressed directly to the dental provider.
